About Carlos: He has been very attentive to detail and is very cost conscious. He always conducts himself with the utmost professionalism and speaks as if Dan were speaking himself. Before Jeff arrived, it was very chaotic but knew what direction to go and what to prioritize in order. He treats his crew as how he would like to be treated and never talks down to them. He is a great person to be around and I enjoy working with him. Jeff: Since Jeff has been out here, things have really been a lot smoother. Jeff is very knowledgeable and a well rounded person. It was nice meeting you recently at our Santa Ana River 1 Hydro Plant. I just wanted to give you some feedback on the project and say thank you. I deal with contractors quite regularly and Safeway stands out as a top performer. Justin has been very flexible and accommodating during the job walk and building process on several projects. You had an opportunity to see the geographic challenges that our sites present and the time required to walk and bid on jobs. These challenges can send lesser contractors running or cause excessively high bids. All that considered I believe Safeway did an outstanding job of bidding the project at a competitive rate. I was under some very tight scheduling deadlines to have this work completed and done in a professional and timely manner as well. Jeremy was here when he said he would be, followed our safety rules, and did a great job. I look forward to doing additional projects with Safeway.
